Micromys V4 worked with mouse x, now it doesn't work with any mouse

Hi all. I have C64C, MSSIAH cartridge, Micromys V4 [PS/2 mouse interface for C64] and various PS/2 mice. The other day it worked with mouse 1 - Logitech 852209-A000. Now it doesn't work with any of my PS/2 mice. What do I need to do to reset the system so that my mouse will work as it did a few days ago? This is doing my head in.

I've now restarted the C64 with the Micromys with mouse 1 in joystick port 1 - the mouse pointer works - but the buttons don't. I started Sequencer holding down the Commodore key to activate 1351 mouse mode.
